For Nkosinathi, first it started as a hobby before started playing football.After he started playing football at the tender age of 8,in the under 13, team called Junior Aces FC in his Township, and when time goes he felt in love with the sport.Nkosinathi was influenced and inspired by his late grandmother , because she was always supportive regarding him.According to him,his Ambition was to become a professional footballer and help needy people in his Community and have his own foundation for helping people.Challenges he faced since he became an Footballer”said”he was lacking self confidence, choosing wrong friends and lack self belief that he can possible become a professional footballer.Lessons he picked up since he became an Footballer “Explained” he learnt that if you want to become a professional footballer ,you need to work harder, improve yourself,choose friends wisely and don’t think you are better than others.People motivates Nkosinathi to do better everyday ,his current head coach Ashley Makhanya,His Parents, Little Brother, Teammates and Partner.Changes he would like to see happening in South African Development “said” youngsters must be given a chance to showcase their talents in each and every Province.He also told us he went to Mpumalanga Nelspruit in 2018 ,to played for the Academy called Emhlangeni Sports Academy for him it was a great experience though it was a short time also he learnt how to be independent.In 2019 also joined another Academy called Mpumalanga School of Excellence,he was very excited, explained the structure of the Academy is professional and have qualified coaches , and proper development training also he learned that education is important and you must have a discipline,desire to work harder, and Respect people who s’ around you.He told us about Mpumalanga “said” is a great province indeed especially in Nelspruit,the environment and atmosphere is electrifying also things are different compared to Gauteng.Nkosinathi s’ goals for 2021/2022 season is to get a first team call up and be a valuable player in the team.For him playing professional football ,he feels great indeed but “said” it’s hard at the same time because you not playing alone,there ‘s lot of talent and lot of work, dedication and desire to go to the next level is demanded.In three years time he wants to see himself playing in PSL and Playing for Bafana-Bafana ,also make it Abroad.”Coutinho” his nickname in Football said he favourite Mentor mentioned his current head coach Ashley Makhanya and his former Coach at MSE , Coach Sizwe Yende , because they believe in him and they always told him to work harder each and every day ,also he must never lose focus.His favourite Football idol is Themba Zwane here in South Africa, because he is comfortable on the ball,has self confidence after him is Bruno Fernandes, because he is a team player also has a desire to win.Words for his supporters back home highlighted , would like to say thank you for the support that they have given him and also for helping him to believe that he can make it into the highest level.Encouraging words for upcoming Youngsters “briefly” said would like to say to them,they must not give up on their Dreams,they must keep on working harder,stay focus and discipline, Respect others, have a desire to go far in life, choose friends wisely, focus on your dreams, always give your best and God will do the rest when the time is right.His thoughts regarding the online publication “said” it’s a great initiative also good opportunity to tell your story to the public and encourage others to see that it is possible.
